Bus Eireann wins customer service award

Great Scenic Journeys’ participant operator Bus Eireann, which runs the fabulous Expressway services, scooped the Customer Service Award in the Irish Logistics & Transport Awards on 9th March 2023. The judges in this prestigious award noted the fantastic Customer Satisfaction scores of over 90% for 9 consecutive months, including the success of the Travel Assistance Scheme in Cork, enabling customers to gain confidence to getting back onto public transport to assist with their lives, as well as a delighting Customer Day organised by the company.
We’re delighted and unsurprised that another fab company and provider of routes that connect customers with scenic adventures and also traverse great scenery and places to visit has been recognised for its great customer service and customer-centricity. Bus Eireann’s ‘Destination 2023’ programme which it launched in 2018 to develop improvements in customer satisfaction has been gathering pace and delivering success with exciting plans to follow, to take customer service to a new level, across all its routes, including Expressway.
