About Stockwood Park Golf Centre
Stockwood Park Golf Centre sits within Stockwood Park on the southern edge of Luton, occupying part of the former Stockwood estate. The complex is built around an 18-hole parkland course laid out across gently rolling ground, with mature trees, hedgerow boundaries and a handful of water features shaping the layout. It plays as a full-length course suitable for club golfers, and green fees are aimed squarely at pay-and-play visitors rather than members only.
Alongside the main course there's a 9-hole par-3 course, a floodlit driving range with covered bays, a short-game practice area and a PGA teaching operation, so it works equally well for a full round or a quick practice session. A clubhouse with a bar and food service overlooks the course.
The centre is part of the wider Stockwood Park, which also contains Stockwood Discovery Centre and the park gardens, making it easy to combine a round with a wider afternoon out. It's on the London Road, just off the M1 at junction 10, and served by Luton local buses.
