Ashford Designer Outlet

Ashford Designer Outlet is one of the largest outlet shopping centres in the south east, set on Kimberley Way on the edge of Ashford town. Designed by Sir Richard Rogers' practice with its distinctive tented roof, the centre brings together more than 100 stores offering year-round discounts on designer fashion, sportswear, homeware and accessories.

Brands on site typically include Polo Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Adidas, Le Creuset and The White Company, alongside beauty outlets and an expanded section added in the recent extension. Most stores discount across their ranges, with seasonal sales adding further reductions, and the open-plan layout makes browsing easy in all weathers.

Beyond shopping, the outlet has a substantial food and drink offer with restaurants and coffee shops including Wagamama, Nando's, Côte and Pret, plus a children's play area and regular family events. Its position next to Ashford International station makes it especially popular with day-trippers from London and from across the Channel, and there is plentiful free parking for those arriving by car.
