On Christmas Eve at the North Pole, everything must be perfect except forOops, the clumsiest elf in Santas workshop. No matter how hard he tries, Oops breaks toys, tangles ribbons, and ruins routines. But when a disastrous mistake accidentally unleashes a fear-loving Christmas villain who believes mistakes deserve punishment, Christmas itself is suddenly at risk.
Determined to fix what he's broken, Oops sets off on a journey across the North Pole, meeting unexpected helpers, including a wise Polar Bear, and discovering that mistakes can teach us, kindness is stronger than fear, and joy doesnt come from perfection.
In the end, Oops saves Christmas not by finally getting everything right, but by being brave enough to be himself.
