The Mumbles Duathlon is the end-of-season event for the 2026 Activity Wales Events calendar.
Athletes will enjoy picturesque runs along the stunning shoreline of the Mumbles Bay and the famous Gower Roads for the bikes.
The Mumbles Duathlon can be entered by anyone who feels they are capable of completing the distances. There is gender separation, so men and women compete for first place in their respective category.
