Fleetwood, the historic Lancashire coastal town renowned for its proud maritime and fishing heritage, is set to launch an exciting new free flagship event. This brand-new three-day summer festival will celebrate Fleetwood's coastal identity, honour its fishing past On Friday, festivalgoers can enjoy the return of the Fish Queen competition, not held since 1939, with one winner crowned Fish King or Queen. Live music includes The Deadbeats and the Flat Caps, alongside a full weekend of entertainment. The festival will also celebrate Fleetwood's heritage with stalls, including Fleetwood Museum, in partnership with Fleetwood Market.
