Bridlington Steampunk Weekend

The Great Bridlington Steampunk Weekend returns in 2026 for another unforgettable celebration of creativity, style and vintage culture.

Taking place alongside Race The Waves on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September 2026, this popular event will once again transform The Royal Hall at Bridlington Spa into a vibrant steampunk showcase. Now in its sixth year, admission is completely free, making it a fantastic day out for visitors of all ages.

Step inside and immerse yourself in a lively, family-friendly festival packed with entertainment, inspiring presentations, hands-on workshops and appearances from talented authors. Browse a remarkable emporium filled with distinctive apparel, accessories and unique steampunk treasures, all celebrating the imagination and craftsmanship of this much-loved genre.

Beyond the hall, visitors can admire an impressive display of vintage vehicles and motorcycles, while the nearby seafront provides the backdrop for Race The Waves, one of the UK's most exciting motoring spectacles, held on Bridlington beach.

Exhibitor opportunities are available. The organisers are particularly keen to hear from traders specialising in vintage, retro, automotive and motorcycle memorabilia, along with merchandise from the 1930s to the 1960s. Exhibits that capture the spirit of this unique event and the eras of speed, innovation, fashion and lifestyle are especially welcome.
